SeiMilano receives The ReSMART Index – Mastery InUse 2026 certification

The plaque commemorating the The ReSMART Index – Mastery, InUse 2026 certification, awarded by ASACERT, has been unveiled at SeiMilano, recognising the quality, sustainability and innovation embedded in the development of the project.

The certification represents an important milestone in a journey that began during the design phase and was developed by Borio Mangiarotti together with Planet Smart City, with the aim of integrating urban quality, sustainability, innovation and services designed around the needs of people and the community.

Today, this vision is reflected in the everyday life of a community of more than 1,000 residents, who can access shared spaces and services through the neighbourhood app, contributing to a living experience that goes beyond the traditional concept of housing.

For Borio Mangiarotti, this recognition confirms the value of an approach to urban regeneration that considers not only the quality of the spaces being developed, but also their ability to generate long-term value, services and quality of life for the people who live in them.
